Using your fingers part your hair in a horseshow shaped section from the temples to the crown, separate and secure your hair by using a clip. |

To apply the Model Girl extension to your hair, first open all clips on Model Girl. Begin at the parted area, feed hair into the clip and snap shut. |

Clip in Extensions: Application Method
Clips are attached to the hair weft and attached directly on to the natural hair.
We recommend that you do not wear your clip in’s when sleeping. They should only be worn during the day and removed at night. When you wear them at night this can cause discomfort and also the small clips can add pressure to the root area which can result into hair loss. |

Always remove your clip in Extensions when washing and wash each piece separately. Ensure you brush out any tangles before washing. |

Fill a bowl or basin with Luke warm water; add a small amount of Hairaisers Conditioning Shampoo for Human Hair. It is important to gently submerge the extensions into the water; too much water all of a sudden can cause the extension hair to expand and therefore will cause the hair to tangle. Softly move the extensions around and with your fingers gently work the shampoo through the extensions but always in a downward motion. Aggressive rubbing will tangle the extensions. We recommend you wash the extensions twice with the Conditioning Shampoo; this will remove any build up of products. |

Once shampooed move the extensions and rinse thoroughly in cool water. |

Apply Hairaisers Conditioning Cream for Human Hair, comb through with a wide tooth comb and leave for two minutes. Rinse thoroughly in cool water and gently squeeze any excess moisture. |

When drying the clip In’s, always use the hair dryer on a low heat setting and hold the extensions from the wefted area to re-enforce any hair strands from coming out. Once completely dry, set or straighten the extensions as desired. |

Removal:
Begin with the clip in which is closer to the crown area. Gently snap open the clip and lift away from the hair to remove. Never pull or tug the Clip in Extension without first of all releasing the clip, as this can damage your own hair.
When re applying your Model Girl Clip in Extensions ensure you clarify your own hair with a clarifying shampoo to ensure your hair is free of any natural oils or greasy products. DO NOT USE conditioner in the preparation of your own natural hair. |

GENERAL INFORMATION FOR 100% HUMAN HAIR EXTENSIONS |

Always use a soft bristle brush to detangle and brush the extension hair. Never exceed over three times a day. Brush extension hair starting at the ends of the hair. Hold each section of hair firmly just above where brushing. Continue brushing up the hair length until reaching the top area.
Press your hand firmly onto where the extensions are applied to support them whilst brushing through the extension and real hair.
Your hair extensions can attract sweat and dust this will lead to tangling. Also over loading on styling products can do the same. To avoid this occurrence we recommend you wash your hair regularly.

Do not over load on finishing products as this can cause the hair to look greasy.
Our Aftercare products have been formulated to restore the natural hair and at the same time condition the hair extensions, which results in optimum conditioning for both your natural hair and the 100% Human Hair Extensions.
Static: Come the winter seasons you may experience some static. We recommend that you apply water to your hands, rub your hands together so that they are warm. Next run the palms of your hands very closely to your hair, without touching your hair. This procedure should aid and control the static.
Swimming: We do not recommend that you swim with your extensions, however if you do, we advise you take the following precautions
Place long extension hairstyle into a braid, using a covered band. Never wear a swimming cap as this can cause friction which then can lead to matting. Avoid getting extension hair wet when swimming. Keep your head above the water, do not swim under water and no diving. The chlorine in pools and salt in the sea can cause the extension hair to discolour and matt.
If the extension do get wet during this activity dry extension hair immediately after swimming ensuring first you rinse the hair in fresh water: Do not brush extension hair when wet, dry immediately. Ensure that Extension hair is tangle free after swimming;
Do not sleep with wet hair extensions; ensure they are dry before you head for bed.
We do not recommend colouring, tint or perming the extension hair. These types of products contain elements that can damage the extension hair.
Even though our extensions are 100% human hair, it is not receiving nutrients from the scalp like your own natural hair. The more heat you use on the hair extension the shorter the life span of the hair, we cannot guarantee that the hair will remain silky if you over use heated appliances.
Treat your extensions with the same respect as you would with you own natural hair. Superior aftercare and regular maintenance will keep your hair feeling and looking great for longer. |
